These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Chapel & Tuck website and services (the “Service”), operated by Chapel and Tuck Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17281594) with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA (“Chapel & Tuck”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Using the Service
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, and not to misuse it or interfere with its normal operation.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Subscriptions and payment
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, at the prices shown on our pricing page, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change our prices, giving you reasonable notice before any change affects you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the Service except as expressly permitted;
- resell, redistribute or commercially exploit our data or content without our written permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, or disrupt, the Service or its underlying systems; or
- use the Service in any way that is unlawful, misleading or harmful to others.
Accuracy of information
Chapel & Tuck aggregates and presents information drawn from public records and third-party sources. While we take care to present this information faithfully, we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date. The Service is provided for general information only and does not constitute financial, legal, educational or other professional advice. You should not rely on it as the sole basis for any decision, and you should verify anything important with the relevant school or an appropriate adviser.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics and the way in which data is organised and presented, is owned by or licensed to Chapel & Tuck and is protected by intellectual property laws. The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites, and links do not imply our endorsement.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
